By downloading, installing, or using Studybud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Studybud, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Studybud is a social study platform that allows users to create exam profiles, find study buddies, create study sessions together, and collaborate. The application is operated by Kant LLC.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use Studybud only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the application for:

• Engaging in or promoting illegal activities
• Violating or harming the rights of others
• Sharing spam, false information, or misleading content
• Attempting to disrupt the security or operation of the application
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to others' accounts

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect that your account security has been compromised or notice unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.

5. User Content

You are responsible for all content you share on the application (profile information, messages, study sessions, etc.). You guarantee that your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights.

By sharing your content, you grant us a license to display and share this content with other users within the application. This license is necessary to provide and improve our services.

All user-generated content is subject to moderation. Users may report objectionable or abusive content within the application. All reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Content or accounts that violate these Terms may be removed or suspended without notice. We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, violent, sexual, or illegal content.

6. Matches and Study Buddies

Studybud uses a matching system to help you find study buddies that match your goals. Matches are suggested by our algorithm, but you have full control over accepting or rejecting matches.

When interacting with other users, you are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or sharing harmful content is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Study Sessions

When creating study sessions, it is recommended that you clearly state the purpose and rules of the session. You are expected to communicate respectfully and appropriately with session participants.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Studybud application and all its content (logo, design, text, graphics, etc.) are the intellectual property of Kant LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the application for commercial purposes without our permission.

9. Service Changes and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services at any time. There may be temporary interruptions in services due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Disclaimer

Studybud does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of application content. You use the application at your own risk.

Studybud is not responsible for relationships you establish through the application or experiences you have with your study buddies.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms of Use. When your account is terminated, your access to the application and your content may be deleted.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you through the application or via email. Continued use of the application after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
